Safety inspection records
The program combines calculations and the design drawing on the basis of a standard procedure and makes the record using the calculated numbers. The program is formulated basing on an open and CCADij 1.0 dynamic data exchange system ...

Purpose

  • This software program is designed for the pressure equipment which is made complying to the pressure inspection procedure and the record form QPVN 23-81 concerning the technical specifications required for steam boilers and to the book on "pressure record" provided by the safety inspection Center, Area II and the pressure equipment workshop at the Hanoi University of Technology.

  • The program combines calculations and the design drawing on the basis of a standard procedure and makes the record using the calculated numbers. The program is formulated basing on an open and CCADij 1.0 dynamic data exchange system.

Characteristic

  • Schedule can be written in any text processing system (Vietnamese interface is possible).
  • The formula and calculation support system enable to deal with normal logical formulas and links to the valued variables. These calculated formulas will be written at the end of the record.
  • The drawing supported system consists of programs to automatically draw basic details which are often found in the designs of steam boilers or pressure jars such as rectangular pillar, curved bottom, cone bottom and waving lines, etc. Also, there are libraries providing drawing details that can be added to the drawings.
  • The record supported system will put all the calculated results into the dynamic date exchange file, link to the available record forms and fill in spaces with statistics. Checks are allowed to see whether data is already filled in or not.
  • The above systems are designed on an open system that can be further developed and expanded and to which normal users can supplement, modify and set up new procedures, forms and formulas .
  • This software program has been put into operation by the safety inspection Center which control areas I, II and III.
